Name Changes
  • Name changes permitted on completely unused tickets at £50.00 per passenger plus any difference in fare.
  • Name changes are only permitted when travelling on the same route, origin airport and destination airport must be the same. 
  • Only one name change will be permitted per passenger.
  • Changes may be made up to two hours before scheduled departure time.

Cancellation and Refunds
  • Non-refundable Fares: Most fares, including Fly, Fly Flex, and Fly Flex +, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the fare rules.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are provided for unused portions of the ticket, including taxes, fees, and charges. Refunds can only be issued to the person named on the ticket or the person who paid for it. Proof of identity is required.

  • Involuntary Fare Refunds: You are eligible for a refund if:

    • Loganair cancels your flight.
    • There is a significant change to your flight time (e.g., a delay of 5+ hours or 3+ hours within 14 days of departure).
    • The flight is not operated reasonably according to schedule.
    • The flight does not stop at your intended destination.
    • You are refused boarding due to a banning notice.
  • Significant Schedule Change: A schedule change is considered significant if:

    • A change of 5+ hours to departure or arrival time after booking.
    • A change of 3+ hours within 14 days of departure.
    • For trips under 48 hours, any change making the trip impractical.
  • Voluntary Fare Refunds:

    • If you cancel your ticket voluntarily, refunds will be less cancellation and administration fees.
    • If part of the ticket has been used, the refund will be for the unused portion, minus any applicable fees.
  • Refusal of Refund: Refund requests may be refused if:

    • The request is made after the ticket's validity period.
    • The ticket is presented to government officials or as evidence of intent to stay, unless you provide proof of permission to stay or alternative travel arrangements.
Time Limit for Making Changes

All changes must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled departure.

No-show and Missed Flight Policy
  • No-show: If you do not check-in on time or meet the check-in deadlines, your ticket will be marked as a "no-show," and no refund will be issued.

  • Fly Flex + Customers: If you miss your original flight, Fly Flex + customers can be offered a £60 rescue fare for the next available flight on the same day or the following day, depending on availability.

  • Rescue Fare Conditions:

    • The rescue fare is only available for the next available flight on the day of travel or the next day if there are no other flights that day.
    • If the next flight is full, the rescue fare will not be available.
