We’ll share regular updates on our website and social media when severe weather is forecast. Affected customers, who booked directly with Loganair, can rebook online to avoid disruption, and if your flight is delayed over an hour, we’ll reach out by text or email. Please ensure your contact details are correct and up-to-date via Manage My Booking to ensure you receive timely updates.
Customers who have booked via alternate means, should get in touch with their travel agent or management company.
We’ll provide light refreshment vouchers for delays over two hours to make your wait more comfortable. Vouchers will be issued directly to the email address or mobile number attached to your booking.
Customers requiring additional assistance are prioritised for onward travel, and our airport teams are ready to help if you’re already at the airport.
